November 28 (SeeNews) - The net electricity output of Bosnia's Federation stood at 547 GWh in October, up compared to 528 GWh in the same month last year, the entity's statistical office said.
Electricity imports reached 38 GWh in October from 34 GWh in October 2022, while exports rose to 59 GWh from 51 GWh, the entity's statistical office said in a monthly report on Monday.
The net electricity output of hydropower plants increased to 172 GWh in October, from 153 GWh in the same month of 2022, while the output of thermal power plants declined to 348 GWh from 354 GWh.
The Federation's net electricity output in October was 2.4% higher than in September. Month-on-month, the Federation's electricity imports fell 54% and exports declined 58% in October.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina.
