SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), January 21 (SeeNews) – The Privatisation Agency of Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation said it has invited bids for 100% of sports and recreation centre SRC Vlasic, which it will sell via direct negotiations after failing to attract investor interest late last year.
In evaluating the bids, the agency will place a 35% weight on the offered price, 30% weight on the potential buyer’s planned investment, which it expects to be at least 2.0 million marka ($1.3 million/1.0 million euro), 25% on employment plans and 10% on the reputation of the bidder, it said in a statement posted on its website.
