Industrial sales on the non-domestic market dropped 11.7% on the year in October, while sales on the domestic market rose 10.8%, according to a first estimate of the Federation's statistical office published last week.
In October, energy sales increased by 8.6% and sales of non-durable consumer goods went up by 8.5% on an annual comparison basis. Sales of intermediate goods decreased by 8.0%, sales of capital goods declined 6.9% and sales of durable consumer goods plunged 6.9%.
On a monthly comparison basis, the Federation's industrial sales increased 3.1% in October, following a revised increase of 0.2% in September.
The industrial sales of Bosnia's Federation increased by 24.8% year-on-year in 2022.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other entity.
