Bosnia’s Federation Calls Tender for Sports & Recreation Centre SRC Vlasic

In evaluating the bids, the agency will place a 35% weight on the offered price, 30% weight on the potential buyer’s planned investment, which it expects to be at least 2.0 million marka ($1.3 million/1.0 million euro), 25% on employment plans and 10% on the reputation of the future owner, it said in a statement posted on its website late on Thursday.

The deadline for submitting offers is December 19.

SRC Vlasic is based in Travnik in the central part of the Muslim-Croat Federation, which together with the Serb Republic forms war-divided Bosnia. Travnik is located near the mount of Vlasic, a popular tourist destination in central Bosnia.

The company posted a 2007 profit of some 15,000 marka on revenue of 384,000 marka. In 2006, profits and revenue were 2,400 marka and 416,000 marka, respectively.
