Bosnia's Famos to distribute lower dividend in 2024

Famos' shareholders approved the plan at a meeting held on May 21, the company said in a bourse filing.

Last year, Famos paid out a dividend of 0.60 marka per share.

Its net profit increased to 137,836 marka in 2023 from 107,989 marka in 2022.

The company's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on May 17, when they closed 3% higher at 5.15 marka.
