Bosnia's ERS, HET submit EIA request for Bileca HPP project

The public can examine the request and submit an opinion within 15 days from the publication of the notice, the ministry said in a notice on Wednesday.

HET holds the concession for the construction of the Bileca HPP. The concession contract signed in February 2023 was worth 127.7 million marka ($69.9 million/65.3 million euro). HET is majority owned by ERS.

The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
