The feasibility study for the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2014, news agency Onasa reported, quoting Energoinvest director Enes Cengic.
In September, Energoinvest said it had signed a deal with Temsan-Turkish Electromechanics Industry Corp for the first stage of the project. The Bosnian company plans to have a majority stake in the Sarajevo-based co-venture.
Cengic said the output of the planned factory will be aimed for Turkey and Mexico as well as for Energoinvest's and Temsan’s traditional markets, which include countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.
The Turkish partner is expected to purchase the production and testing equipment for the new plant in Bosnia, the article said.
