NLB Banka Banja Luka was the sole bidder in a tender for the loan, the company said in a notice posted on Bosnia's e-Procurement portal.

ERS launched a tender for the loan in early November. The company did not disclose the term of the loan in the tender.

NLB Banka Banja Luka is part of Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB). The Slovenian banking group has another subsidiary in Bosnia - NLB Banka based in Sarajevo, in the Federation entity.

The Serb Republic and the Federation are the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina.
