Bosnia's Elektroprivreda BiH opens coal supply tender for Tuzla TPP

February 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnian power utility Elektroprivreda BiH [SAJ:JPESR] said it launched a tender for the procurement of 200,000 tonnes of coal lignite for the needs of Tuzla thermal power plant (TPP) in 2024.

The estimated value of the deal is 17.6 million marka ($9.7 million/9 million euro), VAT excluded, Elektroprivreda BiH said in a notice last week.

Interested parties can submit bids by March 20.

Tuzla TPP's total installed capacity is 779 MW.

Elektroprivreda BiH, Bosnia's largest power utility, is based in the Federation entity. Elektroprivreda RS is the power utility of the Serb Republic.
