Delta Inzenjering is offering 0.80 marka ($0.43/0.41 euro) per share in the offer which targets 15,043 Izgradnja shares, representing a 2.2508% stake, the investor said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
The buyout bid is valid for 25 days from the announcement date.
Delta Inzenjering owns 653,312 shares of Izgradnja, representing a 97.7492% stake. Izgradnja's total share capital of 6.683 million marka is divided into 668,355 shares, each with a par value of 10 marka.
Brcko district's Minority Shareholder Fund owns a 1.87% stake in Izgradnja, whereas the remaining interest is split among individual investors holding less than a 1% stake, bourse data updated on November 10 showed.
Izgradnja's shares last traded on the BLSE on September 26, when they closed flat at 0.80 marka.
Bosnia and Herzegovina comprises two autonomous entities - the Federation and the Serb Republic. Brcko is a self-governing administrative unit in northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.
