Bosnia's Credo Centar offers for subscription 3-yr notes

February 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credo Centar said on Tuesday it is inviting investors to subscribe for its first issue of fixed-rate three-year notes planned in the amount of up to 800,000 marka ($444,049/409,034 euro).

Bosnia's Credo Centar offers for subscription 3-yr notes

The company is offering to investors 80,000 securities of 10 marka in par value each, it said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).

The debt paper bears annual interest of 5%.

The offering will be available for subscription on the SASE from March 8 to March 15. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
