Bosnia's Castellina Srpska offers for subscription 5-yr notes

The company is offering to investors 3,500 notes of 1,000 marka in par value each, bearing annual interest of 6.70%, it said in a bourse filing.

The offering will be available for subscription for 30 days starting April 29. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
