Bosnia's c/a gap expands to 241.6 mln euro in Q2

SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 2 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's current account deficit expanded to 472.6 million marka ($283.5 million/241.6 million euro) in the second quarter from 321.8 million marka in the previous quarter, preliminary data of the central bank indicated.

Compared to a year earlier, Bosnia's current account deficit shrank 0.2% in the April to June period, the data showed.

In the first half, the current account gap added up to 794.3 million marka, compared to 849.5 million marka last year.

Bosnia's current account deficit contracted to a revised 1.5 billion marka in 2016 from 1.6 billion marka a year earlier.
