Bosnia's building permits rise 3.5% y/y in Nov

December 30 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Bosnia increased by 3.5% year-on-year to 351 in November, the country's statistical office said on Monday.

Of the total number of permits issued in November, 281 covered buildings, down 2.8% on the year, and 70 were issued for civil engineering works, up by an annual 40%, the office said in a statement.

Based on the issued permits, a total of 1,205 new dwellings are planned for construction, up by 20.3% compared to November 2018.

The number of issued building permits in Bosnia in the period January-November increased by 1.1% on the year, the statement said without providing a figure for the total number.
