Bosnia's BLL Steel to launch takeover bid for Jelsingrad Livar

May 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company BLL Steel said on Thursday it plans to launch a takeover offer for local steel foundry Jelsingrad Livar Livnica Celika [BANJ:JLLC-R-A].

BLL Steel intends to offer 0.002 marka ($0.0011/0.0010 euro) per share in the takeover offer for Jelsingrad Livar, it said in a bourse filing lodged with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

BLL Steel does not own any shares in Jelsingrad Livar, it said.

Jelsingrad Livar's share capital amounts to 35.3 million marka, divided into 35,262,434 shares of 1 marka in par value each.
