Bosnia's Autoceste FBiH seeks supervisor for Hranjen tunnel project

December 4 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's state-owned motorway company JP Autoceste FBiH said on Monday that it has launched a tender for the supervision of the construction of the 5.5-kilometre-long Hranjen tunnel, an assignment valued at 3 million marka ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro), VAT excluded.

The deadline for completing the tunnel works is 30 months, Autoceste FBiH said in a press release.

Interested parties can submit bids until January 24, 2024.

The Hranjen tunnel is part of the Praca-Gorazde expressway, which is currently under construction. The Praca-Gorazde expressway will link the Bosnian capital Sarajevo to the town of Gorazde situated around 100 kilometres to the southeast.

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
