ASA Finance, which already holds a 5.72% stake in Investiciono-Komercijalna Banka (IK Banka), offered to pay 59 marka per stock, which is 59% of their nominal value, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange said on its website.
The offer excludes a combined stake of 15.7% owned by local investment fund ZIF Prevent Invest and lender Moja Banka. It will be valid for a period of 30 days.
IK Banka’s capital is divided into 463,901 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 marka each.
IK Banka's shares traded at 58.5 marka by 1344 CET on Wednesday, 2.63% up from the close a day earlier.
