May 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Agram [SAJ:AGRLR], which operates a chain of stations for technical inspection of vehicles, said on Monday it will distribute a dividend of 8 marka ($4.4/4.1 euro) per share for 2023, lower compared with the year before.
Agram's shareholders approved the plan at a meeting on May 20, the company said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
Agram paid out a dividend of 10.60 marka per share for 2022.
The company booked a net profit of 1.1 million marka in 2023, down from 1.4 million marka generated the previous year.
