Bosnian power producer Hidroelektrane na Drini's 9-mo net profit drops sharply

October 31 (SeeNews) - Bosnian hydro power producer Hidroelektrane na Drini [BANJ:HEDR-R-A] said on Thursday its net profit fell to 650,259 marka ($370,896/332,472 euro) in the first nine months of 2019, from 2.3 million marka a year earlier.

Operating income dropped 10% year-on-year to 23.4 million marka in January-September, while operating costs decreased 5.1% to 22.5 million marka, the company said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

Hidroelektrane na Drini's assets totalled 889.3 million marka at end of September, down from 892 million marka a year earlier.

Hidroelektrane na Drini's shares closed flat at 0.2 marka on the BLSE on Wednesday. They didn't trade by 1427 CET on Thursday.
