Bosnian investors buy Serbia’s Cipsara for 1.0 mln euro - media

BELGRADE (Serbia), September 14 (SeeNews) – Three Bosnian investors have acquired the idled Serbian potato chips producer Cipsara for 1.0 million euro ($1.3 million), Serbian media reported.

The Bosnian tie-up comprising Tomislav Bajevic, Vlatko Barbaric and Zarko Dragicevic was the sole bidder in the tender for the sale of the Cacak-based Cipsara, which was called on July 30, news portal Press Online (www.pressonline.rs) reported on Thursday.

A bankruptcy procedure against Cipsara was launched in 2010. The company's market value was estimated at 3.61 million euro.
