The company gave no details about the reasons for the change. Komljenovic has been Kosig Dunav’s assistant director and head of its insurance department, the insurer said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
Company stock was last traded on BLSE on November 11, when it closed at 250.00 marka ($161.20/124.93 euro), down from 300.00 marka at the previous close on October 13.
Kosig Dunav Osiguranje (www.kosigdunav.com) is based in Banja Luka, the administrative centre of the Serb Republic, which together with the Muslim-Croat Federation forms war-divided Bosnia.
Serbia’s top insurer Dunav Osiguranje is the biggest shareholder in the company with a 68.61% stake. Other shareholders include local and foreign privately-held companies, investment funds and individuals.
