Bosnian ICT firm Inteh raises stake in Unicep Commerce to 77.4%

December 2 (SeeNews) - Bosnian ICT services provider Inteh said it raised its stake in local trade and services company Unicep Commerce to 77.40% from 35.40% following a buyout bid.

During the time the bid was open, Inteh acquired 415,297 Unicep Commerce shares, or 41.99%, paying 0.07 marka ($0.043/0.036 euro) per each share, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka bourse earlier this week.

Its current stake of 77.40% in Unicep Commerce is dividend into 765,359 shares.

Unicep Commerce's total share capital of 988,954 marka comprises 988,954 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

Unicep's shares last traded on the Banja Luka bourse on September 24, closing flat at 0.07 marka.
