Bosnian Clothing Maker Borac Opens New 1.53 Mln Euro Plant - Media

SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 3 (SeeNews) – Bosnian company Borac has opened a new 3.0 million marka ($1.99 million/1.53 million euro) plant that will manufacture clothing for German fashion brand Carl Gross in the next five years, a Bosnian daily reported on Monday.

Borac, based in the central town of Travnik, has so far also sewn clothes for Pierre Cardin and Hugo Boss, daily newspaper Dnevni Avaz reported.

Apart from clothing production, privately held Borac is also active in hotel management, tourism and services. It employs 2,300, the company said on its website.
