Bosnian bourse to auction 350,000 shares of Telekom Srpske on Nov 23

BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 15 (SeeNews) – A package of 350,000 shares of Bosnia’s Telekom Srpske will be put up for sale on November 23 for an initial price of 584,500 ($386,610/298,850 euro), the Banja Luka bourse said on Thursday.

The initial price per share is set at 1.67 marka, the Banja Luka Stock Exchange said in an auction notice posted on its website. The name of the seller was not disclosed.

Telekom Srpske is majority-owned by Serbian state-controlled Telekom Srbija and has clients mainly in the Serb Republic, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina.
