Consent for investments by the OPEC Fund for International Development in Bosnia is required by Article III of the Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments between the two parties and is unrelated to Bosnia's borrowing or issuance of state guarantees, the Council of Ministers said in a statement on Monday.

Raiffeisen Bank, as the borrower, fully assumes the risk of loan repayment and financing and provides the creditor with all necessary coverage and guarantees for loan approval, the Council of Ministers added.
