- Many municipalities in Bosnia were left without electricity on Tuesday due to earlier-than-expected snow falls and strong winds, the daily said.

- Bosnia risks losing at least $170 million in World Bank aid if the country's Muslim-Croat Federation continues to drag its feet on cutting public spending, thus breaking its $1.2 billion euro stand-by funding agreement with the International Monetary Fund, the Federation’s Finance Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda said.
