- The party led by the Serb Republic Prime Mister Milorad Dodik, the Union of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), is seeking a 15% cut in the wages of the members of the region's parliament from next year. The Republic’s parliament administrative commission should prepare a draft on the wages cut by the next parliament session.
- The Serb Republic government has agreed to sell fruit and vegetables firm Sava, which is in an insolvency procedure, to Bosnian businessman Milorad Krstic for two million marka. Krstic lives in Germany and has said he plans to invest 10 million marka in the company revamp.
- Companies from the metals and mining sector of the Serb Republic have halted the decline of the region's industrial production in the past three months, industry officials said.
