The project is moving ahead according to plan and is scheduled to kick off in the second part of 2013. The company expects the plant to employ some 325 engineers, economists and administrative staff by the end of next year, Robert Bosch said in a statement.
The planned investment for the first phase of the project, which started in May, is estimated at 77 million euro ($99.5 million). The company plans to expand the 38,000 square metre facility in the next few years.
