Board chairman buys shares in N. Macedonia's Makedonijaturist

May 22 (SeeNews) - Done Tanevski, supervisory board chairman of North Macedonia's hotel and catering services company Makedonijaturist [MSE:MTUR], has acquired 8,667 shares in the company, Makedonijaturist said.

Tanevski currently owns 97,249 shares in Makedonijaturist, equal to a 21.50% stake, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Makedonijaturist's share capital is divided into 452,247 shares, each with a par value of 25.56 euro ($27.8).

The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) at an average price of 5,900 denars ($104/95.8 euro) on May 20.
