Belgrade stock indices record three-day winning streak

December 15 (SeeNews) - Belgrade Stock Exchange share indices rose for a third trading day in a row on Thursday, as oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] led the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.

NIS' shares rose 0.75% to 675 dinars on Thursday, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed.

The total turnover on the bourse went down to 11.7 million dinars ($106,300/99,700 euro) on Thursday from 914.4 million dinars generated on Wednesday.

The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.12% at 811.58 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.06% to 1,764.22.

Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 231,440 dinars.

Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 3.6 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Thursday.
