Belgrade stock indices go down, Dunav paces decliners

November 2 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed down on Wednesday amid a higher turnover, bourse data showed.

The total turnover on the bourse went up to 15.7 million dinars ($132,300/133,900 euro) on Wednesday from 8.9 million dinars generated on Tuesday.

The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.71% at 788.17 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went down 0.46% to 1,745.31.

Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its shares went down 5.29% to 1,039 dinars.

Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 370,600 dinars.

Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 8.2 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Wednesday.
