The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange rose 0.23% to 438.34 points after edging up 0.19% on Thursday.
The broader BELEXline added 0.20% to 869.82 points after rising 0.11% in the previous trading session.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna was up 0.94% in euro terms after advancing 0.64% on Thursday.
Total turnover rose to 21 million dinars ($243,000/187,000 euro) from 18 million dinars on Thursday.
Oil company NIS generated Friday’s largest turnover of 6.5 million dinars, closing 1.29% higher at 630 dinars.
Investors reacted positively to Friday's news that NIS has bought a fuel storage in Bulgaria as a first step in the preparation of its export expansion in this adjacent market, Milos Bijanic, financial analyst at Belgrade-based Sinteza Invest Group, told SeeNews.
Insurer Globos Osiguranje led the gainers, adding 20% to 72 dinars in a volume of 125 shares.
Trading company Progres paced the decliners, losing 3.85% to 25 dinars in a volume of just one share.
