Belgrade stock indices close up in higher turnover

December 22 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed up on Thursday amid a higher turnover, bourse data showed.

The total turnover on the bourse went up to 472.2 million dinars ($4.3 million/4.0 million euro) on Thursday from 253.1 million dinars generated on Wednesday.

The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.29% at 811.25 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.14% to 1,763.45.

Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its shares went up 0.60% to 1,509 dinars.

Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 269,576 dinars.

Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 470.2 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Thursday.
