Belgrade stock indices close down in lower turnover

November 8 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed down on Tuesday amid a lower turnover, bourse data showed.

The total turnover on the bourse went down to 10.2 million dinars ($87,000/87,000 euro) on Tuesday from 17.3 million dinars generated on Monday.

The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.12% at 786.56 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went down 0.19% to 1,730.79.

Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its shares went down 3.24% to 1,403 dinars.

Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 961,388 dinars.
