BELGRADE (Serbia), October 1 (SeeNews) – Serbian stock indices fell in decreased turnover on Monday, bourse data indicated.

Belgrade share indices drop

The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange fell 0.26% to 429.87 points after edging down 0.01% on Friday.

The broader BELEXline lost 0.04% to 858.04 points after adding 0.15% in the previous trading session.

The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna decreased 0.18% in euro terms to 130.73 points after rising 0.04% on Friday.

Total turnover shrank to 19.1 million dinars ($215,000/166,000 euro) from 1.2 billion dinars on Friday.

Oil and gas company NIS generated Monday’s largest turnover of 3.8 million dinars. It closed 0.16% lower at 620 dinars.

Sugar refinery TE-TO led the gainers, adding 20% to 5,826 dinars in a volume of 321 shares.

The preferred stock of lender AIK Banka paced the decliners, losing 7.89% to 700 dinars in a volume of three shares.
