Belgrade-based BARD - KOP acquires stake in N. Macedonia's Granit

November 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] said on Wednesday that Belgrade-based sector player BARD - KOP has acquired 155,346 of its ordinary shares.

Following the purchase, construction company BARD - KOP owns 5.61% of Granit's total equity capital, Granit said in a bourse filing.

Granit's equity capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares of five euro in par value each. Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on November 2 at an average price of 1,350 denars.
