BELEX15 sheds 0.24%, NIS loses most

November 28 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.24% lower at 875.98 points on Tuesday, with oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] leading the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.

NIS shed 1.47%, closing at 802 dinars.

Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] closed 1.22% higher at 993 dinars. A total of 2,316 Dunav shares changed hands generating the day's largest turnover of 2.3 million dinars.

The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index also rose, by 0.83% to 1,876.07 points.

The total turnover of the Belgrade bourse fell to 7.5 million dinars ($70,200/64,100 euro) on Tuesday from 17.9 million dinars on Monday. Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 2.3 million dinars of Tuesday's turnover.
