June 4 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange gained ground on Tuesday, with aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] pacing the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
The BELEX15 added 0.02% to close at 992.96 points.
Impol Seval jumped 7.11% to 7,498 dinars at close, on a volume of 153 traded shares.
At the other end, oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] led the decliners, shedding 1.29% to close at 842 dinars. It generated the single highest daily turnover of 15.3 million dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, also increased, closing 0.44% higher at 2,205.16 points.
Total turnover on the Belgrade bourse rose to 18.7 million dinars ($176,600/162,300 euro) on Tuesday from 11.5 million dinars on Monday. Trading in Treasury bonds accounted for just 403,300 dinars of Tuesday's turnover versus 7.6 million dinars on Monday.
