May 22 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.38% higher at 993.85 points on Wednesday, boosted by gains in aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL], bourse data showed.
Impol closed 9.88% higher at 7,494 dinars. A total of 89 Impol shares changed hands, generating the day's largest turnover of 667,000 dinars.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] paced the blue-chip decliners, shedding 0.37% to 1,893 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed 0.52% higher at 2,209.69 points.
Total turnover on the Belgrade bourse rose to 7 million dinars ($64,700/60,000 euro) on Wednesday from 4.5 million dinars on Tuesday. Trading in Treasury bonds accounted for 3.3 million dinars of Wednesday's turnover.
