BELEX15 adds 0.11%, Impol rises

December 27 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.11% higher at 878.48 points on Wednesday, boosted by gains in aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL: IMPL] and industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS], bourse data showed.

Impol closed 1.66% higher at 5,500 dinars in a volume of five shares.

Messer added 1.51% to 15,842 dinars. A total of 298 Messer shares changed hands generating the day’s largest turnover of 4.7 million dinars.

Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] paced the blue-chip decliners, shedding 0.52% to 952 dinars.

The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index also rose, by 0.13% to 1,919.82 points.

Total turnover of the Belgrade bourse rose to 8.7 million dinars ($82,000/74,200 euro) on Wednesday from 3.7 million dinars on Tuesday. There was no trading in Treasury bonds on Wednesday.
