Automobile Fittings Maker Eurowind Plans 4.0 Mln Euro Factory in Serbia - Media

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 21 (SeeNews) – Eurowind, a Hungarian-Italian producer of fittings and accessories for commercial vehicles, plans to build a 4.0 million euro ($5.3 million) factory in the northern Serbian town of Zrenjanin, state news agency Tanjug reported on Tuesday.

Zrenjanin and Eurowind officials have signed an agreement for the plant that would be located in the town’s industrial zone, called Ecka, and will cover 1.5 hectares, the daily reported

The factory, to be completed within three years, would employ up to 100, Tanjug reported but gave no further details.

Eurowind (www.eurowindgroup.com) already has a subsidiary in Serbia. It also has units in Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, and Russia.
