Austria's OMV signs deal to sell Bosnian unit OMV BH to Serbia's NIS

November 30 (SeeNews) - Austria's OMV said on Friday it has signed an agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary in Bosnia and Herzegovina, OMV BH, to Serbian oil and gas company NIS as part of a disinvestment programme.

NIS will take over all 22 employees, a fuel terminal and 28 filling stations as well as the local head office of OMV BH in Sarajevo, OMV said in a statement.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, OMV has been active in the retail and commercial business since 2001.
