Assets of Bulgaria’s Polimeri put up for sale for 6.7 mln euro

SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 12 (SeeNews) – A private enforcement agent has put up for sale assets of Bulgarian chemical company Polimeri [BUL:51P] at a starting price of some 13.15 million levs ($8.6 million/6.7 million euro) in total.

Bids can be placed until December 13, as the buyer or buyers will be named the following day, a notice published last Thursday on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents indicated.

The assets are located in the northeastern town of Devnya. They include production and office buildings, a warehouse and an electrical substation, among others.

The proceeds from the sale will go to repay Polimeri debts to local nuclear power plant Kozloduy.
