Assets of Bulgarian lead/zinc smelter OTZK fetch over 2.0 mln euro – media

SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 27 (SeeNews) – A private enforcement agent has sold assets of Bulgarian lead and zinc smelter OTZK for over 4.0 million levs ($2.6 million/2.0 million euro), local media reported on Tuesday.

The buyer is the local First Investment Bank [BUL:5F4], news portal Darik Finance (www.darikfinance.bg) reported.

The assets include production facilities and 63 buildings on the territory of the OTZK factory in Kardzhali, in southern Bulgaria.

The disposal of OTZK assets has fetched more than 18 million levs so far.
