Assets of Bulgarian insolvent steel mill Kremikovtzi put up for sale

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 16 (SeeNews) – A private enforcement agent has put up for sale assets of Sofia-based insolvent steel mill Kremikovtzi at a starting price of 51.5 million levs ($34.4 million/26.3 million euro), a public notice indicated on Tuesday.

Interested parties have until November 19 to submit their offers. The successful bidder will be announced on the following day, a notice published on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents showed.

The assets put up for sale include administrative and commercial premises that served the company's production of steel pipes.

Kremikovtzi, once Bulgaria's largest steel mill, went bankrupt in August 2008.
