The number of shares corresponds to a stake of 15.7% in the company. The shares were traded at an average price of 4.01 lei per share, 10.88% down from their previous trading on December 15, RASDAQ data showed.

The buyer and the seller were not immediately identified.

Data from the Central Depository showed that as of June 30, Prodlacta employees association owned 48.8% of the company, and smaller investors held the rest.
