Albania's Q4 construction cost index rises 4.1% y/y

The increase is chiefly attributed to growing energy expenses, which in the October-December period added 9%, followed by personnel expenses, up by 4.8% and transport, which rose 3.9%, INSTAT said in a data release.

On a quarterly comparison basis, the index increased by 0.8% in the fourth quarter of 2023.
