TIRANA (Albania), December 13 (SeeNews) – Albania's industrial output volume increased 4.8% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2019, the country's statistical office said on Friday.

Compared to the previous quarter, the volume of industrial output fell 3.3% in the July-September period, INSTAT said in a statement.

Albania's third-quarter industrial output, breakdown by sectors (percentage change):

Total 4.8 -3.3
- manufacturing 6.0 -2.1
- mining and quarrying 1.2 -9.7
Electricity, gas and steam -30.4 -15.7
Water supply, waste management -1.0 -13.3
Construction -2.1 8.3
