Albania’s Kronos gets power infra upgrade order

February 6 (SeeNews) - Albania’s power grid operator OSSH said it has signed a 123.4 million leks ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro) contract with local construction firm Kronos Konstruksion for the enhancement of the power infrastructure of areas near the capital Tirana.

Kronos will carry out the construction of 20kV cabins and medium voltage lines supplied by a substation in the municipality of Vore and a substation in the village of Kashar within six months, OSSH said in a signed contract notice on Monday.

Established in 2002, Kronos Konstruksion engages in the construction of industrial and social works, houses, villas, urban infrastructure, roads and sewers, according to the country’s business register.
