The tie-up led by Albania-based Kreatx and Axians Albania, a wholly-owned subsidiary of French consultancy services provider Vinci Energies, was awarded a two-year contract in a price-based competition, KLGJ said in a notice.

Established in 2011, KREATX specialises in developing and selling computer programmes, providing IT services and consultancy, importing and selling hardware, and conducting training courses, according to the country’s business register.

Axians Albania was established in 2004. It provides IT products and services, including software licences, data processing systems, information security, electronic management, and energy-related solutions.
